As a post-Series B company, we're expanding rapidly across Europe, the U.S., and beyond.  About The Role We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer (L3/L4) to join our Platform Team and help evolve the core architecture of IP Fabric’s product. You will work hands‑on in the codebase, drive architectural improvements, and enable other engineering teams through a stronger, more scalable platform. This is a high‑impact IC role requiring strong backend engineering skills, architectural thinking, and the ability to collaborate closely with Product and other engineers. What You’ll Do  Design, refactor, and evolve core platform components Drive architectural improvements to reduce technical debt and improve scalability and stability Own platform initiatives from problem definition to delivery Improve build, deployment, and operational workflows Collaborate closely with Product to translate business goals into technical roadmap items Mentor and support other engineers through technical leadership and clear communication What You'll Need  Strong backend engineering experience with TypeScript / Node.js Experience working with PostgreSQL and Redis Proven experience refactoring and maintaining existing production systems Experience with on‑prem and cloud deployments Ability to work independently and identify what needs to be done Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Valid VISA to work in Czechia / EU Bonus Points If You Have Experience in platform or enablement teams Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes CI/CD pipeline and deployment experience Interest in developer experience and internal tooling Our Tech Stack   Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Redis, Socket.io GitLab CI, Monorepo with Nx, esbuild.
