About This Role The Care Logistics Referral Coordinator exists to connect members with timely, appropriate specialty care and ensure a smooth referral experience. In this role, you will: Serve Redirect Health members and internal care teamsBe responsible for managing referrals, coordinating specialty services, and maintaining accurate documentationDirectly impact member experience, access to care, and continuity of healthcare services This is a hands-on role for someone who: Enjoys coordination, communication, and detail-oriented workTakes ownership and follows throughWants their work to have a real-world impact on people’s health What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Own: Inbound and outbound specialty referrals from start to completionSupport: Scheduling specialty services and maintaining communication with provider officesCollaborate with: Care Logistics team members, specialty providers, and internal clinical teamsImprove: Referral turnaround times and overall member experienceAdvocate for: Members by ensuring referrals are completed accurately and within service standards A strong performer in this role is known for: Being organized, responsive, and dependableCommunicating with empathy and professionalismConsistently completing referral tasks within 72 business hours How Success Is Measured Success in this role is measured by: Timely and accurate completion of referral requestsClear and consistent documentation in the EMR systemPositive member interactions and satisfactionStrong collaboration and reliability within the Care Logistics team What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: Brings relevant experience in administrative support, healthcare coordination, or customer serviceCommunicates clearly and with empathyTakes ownership and follows throughEnjoys simplifying complex processesWorks well across teams and rolesCares deeply about helping people High school diploma or GED requiredExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and EMR systems preferredBilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred Why Join Redirect Health What “Free Healthcare” Actually Means When we say free, we mean no money out of your paycheck and no cost when you need care: No monthly premiumsNo cost to add your spouse or childrenNo deductibles (we reimburse them)No out-of-pocket maximums This benefit alone can save families tens of thousands of dollars.
