About This Role
Director of Growth Marketing exists to scale awareness, acquisition, and engagement so more people can access affordable, high-quality healthcare.
In this role, you will:
Serve members, prospective members, and internal teams by driving sustainable growth through data-driven marketingBe responsible for paid acquisition performance, full-funnel optimization, and marketing efficiencyDirectly impact Redirect Health’s mission by increasing access to healthcare while improving cost transparency and ROI
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who:

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Own: Paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, managing a ~$100K/month budgetSupport: Full-funnel growth initiatives across traffic, conversion, nurture, and sales enablementCollaborate with: Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations to ensure aligned messaging and accurate attributionImprove: Visibility into CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel performance through clear, actionable dashboardsAdvocate for: A data-driven, customer-first approach that balances growth, efficiency, and long-term value

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or demand generation (B2C or B2B2C preferred).Proven success scaling paid acquisition at $100K+/month spend.Expertise with Meta and Google Ads, funnel analytics, and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred).Deep understanding of attribution, ROAS modeling, and data-driven decision-making.Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments.Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.Experience in healthcare, insurance, or subscription models is a plus.
