About This Role Every small business you help means families who no longer have to worry about medical debt, high deductibles, or choosing between care and groceries. You won’t just sell a product — you’ll help change how healthcare works. This is an entry-level sales opportunity for someone who: Has an outgoing, confident personalityIsn’t afraid to talk to 40+ business owners in a weekUnderstands sales is a numbers gameIs willing to work 45–50 hours a week to winWants commission income and doesn’t want capped earningsIs coachable and hungry You do NOT need prior insurance experience. What You’ll Do Prospect and generate new small business opportunitiesRun appointments (virtual and phone)Educate business owners on a better way to offer healthcareManage your pipeline and follow up consistentlyClose new business and drive enrollments Success comes from activity. If you speak with 40 qualified prospects, you will close business. Licensing An Arizona Health (or Health & Life) Producer License is required. If you don’t currently have one, employment will be conditional upon passing the licensing exam.
