Cook / Kitchen All-Rounder (On-Site Corporate Kitchen) We’re looking for an experienced and dependable cook to join our on-site kitchen, supporting the preparation of fresh breakfast and lunch for our team. This role works under the kitchen lead and suits someone who is organised, proactive, and takes real pride in maintaining high standards across both food and kitchen operations. What your day will look like: Preparing and assisting with daily breakfast and lunch serviceWorking to set menus and prep plansStaying on top of dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and orderly at all timesRestocking snacks, drinks, and kitchen supplies as neededAssisting with stock control, stock rotation, and shoppingMaintaining cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas throughout the dayEnsuring the kitchen is fully cleaned and reset at the end of each shift About you: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar roleReliable, consistent and take pride in your workHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident managing your time and staying on task without constant directionUnderstand stock control, rotation, and minimising wasteTake pride in cleanliness and maintaining a well-run kitchenComfortable taking direction and working within established systemsFood Handling Certificate required The Benefits of Working With the Nexigen Digital Team Aside from being awarded “Employer of Choice” in the Australian Business Awards, we are often referred to as the Google of south-east Melbourne thanks to our unique facilities and team culture, and a top-down mandate to take care of the people who take care of our customers.
