About the role We're looking for a forward-thinking, tech-savvy, and efficient Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our care team. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of MoldCo and help modernize care for Mold Related Illness. You’ll play a central role in delivering specialized care to patients in our launch states and, soon, across the country. Your clinical insight will help refine our guidelines and accelerate innovation across our telehealth products and platforms. The opportunity: Fully remote opportunityFull-time roles begin as contractor positions during the probation periodHighly collaborative clinical and operations teamOpportunities to contribute to research and protocol developmentSupportive culture focused on provider and patient well-beingFlexible hours and competitive hourly compensationMedical malpractice coverage includedOngoing professional development and Mold Illness-specific training Benefits include: Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $170,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications) with performance-based incentivesEquity awardsMedical and dental insurance, paid time off and sick leave for full-time hiresMedical malpractice insurance coverage401(k) with company matchOngoing professional development and specialized training in Mold Illness What you'll do Provide virtual care through video visits and asynchronous messaging, following MoldCo’s clinical guidelines and evidence-based protocolsConduct comprehensive assessments, including symptom reviews, medical history, and environmental factorsOrder labs and prescribe medications when clinically indicatedEducate patients on mold-related health impacts and guide them through diagnostic and treatment pathways using MoldCo’s platform resourcesContribute to ongoing development of protocols and digital health tools Qualifications Must-haves: APRN certification from an accredited programAn active APRN license in at least 15 states, in good standingExperience in early-stage or fast-paced environmentsAbility to manage high-volume patient communicationsProficiency with telehealth and digital platformsComfort adopting new technologies and operating in a rapid-growth settingMinimum 3,600 hours of in-person clinical experience under physician supervisionStrong virtual communication skills and the ability to build rapport remotelyConfidence delivering telehealth care and digital follow-up Bonus points: Training or certification in Mold Illness diagnosis and treatmentNLC (Nurse Licensure Compact) licensureAPRN licensure across all 50 statesPrescriptive authority in your licensed statesPrior experience treating Mold Illness Locations: Remote (United States)
