We are doing big things. Come join us! What you will do: As a Manager, IT SOX Controls, you will manage multiple concurrent, company-wide projects spanning Product, Technology, and Business teams. You will collaborate across all levels of the organization to drive projects to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards. This role requires coordinating cross-functional efforts, overseeing project tasks, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals. You will lead and support ITGC audits and compliance initiatives, conduct risk assessments to define audit scope, and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls. Responsibilities include executing and overseeing audit testing, documenting results, communicating findings and recommendations, and ensuring timely resolution of audit actions. Additionally, you will manage day-to-day project operations, support idea intake and prioritization, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders through regular updates while balancing system quality with efficient delivery. How you will make an impact: Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project executionManage and clearly communicate project status, risks, issues, and opportunities to stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate risks, issues, and changes in collaboration with project teamsAnalyze and report on control exceptions and deficiencies, and recommend improvementsPresent findings and results in both written and verbal formatsDrive continuous improvement of PMO processes and templatesPartner with internal teams, third-party vendors, and customers to achieve project milestonesWork effectively both independently and within team environmentsCollaborate with Internal and External Audit teams to manage and fulfill evidence requestsDevelop an understanding of eXp Realty’s technology environment and applicable controlsThis role may support evolving business needs and new initiatives, requiring broad collaboration across multiple functional and business units. How you will grab our attention: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred3–6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3–4 years in internal audit, IT compliance, accounting firm or professional services3+ years of project management experience, leading cross-functional initiativesExperience implementing and evaluating IT internal controls and SOX compliance programsStrong knowledge of audit methodologies, techniques, and documentation standards Technical & Professional Skills: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)Understanding of Agile development methodologies and familiarity with mainframe environmentsExperience with web and mobile applicationsStrong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly adapt in dynamic environments, including joining projects midstream Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document audit evidence and present findingsStrong organizational, prioritization, and process management skillsProven ability to manage conflicts and collaborate effectively across business and technical teamsSelf-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable with a proactive and approachable demeanorExceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills If you think you’d make a great match for this position but don’t meet all the requirements, we would still encourage you to apply! The salary compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 CAD per year in our lowest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package offered to employees in recognition of their hard work and is determined within a range to allow for growth and development within a role.
