Emerald is seeking a Systems Administrator who will be responsible for deploying operating systems, security patches and applications to users end points. The Systems Administrator will report directly to the Senior Director IT Infrastructure & Support. This position will work out of our New York City office. Responsibilities Deploy Operating Systems to LaptopsManage Office365 and Azure EnvironmentDeploy application, security patches, application patches, configuration changes, registry changes using RMM/MDM tools to End PointsEnsuring that the organization’s data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controlsParticipating in the change management processDaily administrative tasks, reporting and communication with the relevant departments in the organizationMaintaining antivirus software across networksPerforming regular security testsScripting administrative tasks for atomization. Qualifications Working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows/MAC based environmentExperience with Virtualization and Ofiice365 ProductsExperience with monitoring systemsExperience with RMM/MDM softwareSolid PowerShell scripting skillsSolid Networking knowledgeCloud experience, preferably Azure and AWSSolid Active Directory experienceExperience with Patch Management.
