Someone who will be a voice for the customer, a champion of service, and a pillar of positivity in our banking family.   What will you do: Greet customers with a smile and get to know their needsBuild real relationships and make banking feel easy (and human)Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and paymentsBalance cash drawers and keep things accurateHelp customers manage their accountsOpen and service checking, savings, and CD accountsAssist with debit cards, online banking, and account questionsRecommend products and services that fit each customerMake referrals to lenders or other bank experts when neededKeep things safe and compliantFollow bank policies and regulatory requirementsProtect customer information and help prevent fraudWork toward individual and team goals together What We’re Looking For: High School diploma or equivalentStrong math skillsProficient computer skillsExcellent communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with superb organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesA passion for serving the publicPrevious cash handling experience (preferred)Previous banking experience (preferred) Availability: Full-time hours: Mondays through Fridays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. with opening and closing procedures requiring availability 15 minutes before and after shifts.Preferably live within 30 miles of the First Service Bank branch in which you’re applying or willing to relocate.
