The role:
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager who is hands-on and technically fluent in HubSpot. This role plays a critical part in executing and scaling our email and automation program, with a focus on template architecture, targeted deliveries, and testing.
You will work within a mature HubSpot environment that relies on custom objects, custom association labels, and advanced workflow logic to deliver highly personalized, context-aware lifecycle communication at scale. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into reliable, maintainable email systems.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with teams to support their email goals through direct contributions and enabling them to self-serveLeverage a complex HubSpot data model to segment audiences and target emails
Create, edit, and maintain HubSpot email templates and custom modules that are reusable, scalable, and on-brand
Write and maintain HubL code to customize email templates and modules, including logical operators and loops to support dynamic contentMigrate legacy emails into updated templates and modulesDebug rendering, tokenization, and data issues across email clients
Document templates, modules, and patterns so they can be reused confidently by othersArchitect lifecycle systems that scale as the data model, tooling, and business needs evolveDefine KPIs, build scalable reporting, proactively identify performance gaps, and drive data-backed experimentation to improve engagement, deliverability, and downstream business impact
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in a similar role building, targeting, sending, and analyzing emails in HubSpotProficient in HTML/CSS and can code email templates from scratchStrong working knowledge of HubL, including conditionals and dynamic logicExperience working with custom objects and association labels in HubSpotProven ability to build and maintain complex workflows with layered branching logicTechnical, data-driven approach to email marketingExceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize accordingly to meet deadlines amid ambiguityAbility to work up, down, and across all levels at the organization, i.e., Analysts to C-SuiteA roll-up your sleeves mentality with excitement to research and learn what you don’t know

Base Salary
The base salary range is between $130,000-$165,000 annually.
Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
