Senior Product Manager, Renter Platform

The Role We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our Renter platform. In this role, you will define and drive initiatives that may involve launching new products that provide renters with novel ways to secure housing they otherwise wouldn’t be eligible for, assessing how we can leverage and embed AI to educate renters and operators on our products, or helping large property managers improve their operational efficiency. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for thoroughly understanding our customer segments and refining key personas to develop solutions tailored to customer needs. You will own the entire product lifecycle—from ideation through launch and iteration—ensuring that thoughtfully designed solutions are delivered successfully to market. This includes improving existing features or proposing new ideas grounded by customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and product validation. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver innovative, best-in-class customer experiences. Location This is a hybrid role based in NYC. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
