We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, people-focused work, and building a strong employee experience. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in HR administration, recruitment coordination, and compliance support, performance management.
HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS in compliance with healthcare and labor regulationsTrack employee status changes, certifications, and required documentationServe as a first point of contact for routine HR-related questions from staff
Healthcare Compliance & Training
Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including healthcare-specific requirementsTrack mandatory trainings such as HIPAA, OSHA, harassment prevention, and safety trainingAssist with audits and documentation requests as needed
Assist with background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements
Benefits
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and questionsCoordinate with benefits providers and brokers
Performance Management Support
Assist with performance review cycles, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking completionMaintain performance evaluation records and ensure timely follow-upsSupport corrective action and disciplinary documentation in coordination with HR leadershipHelp track employee goals, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and related outcomes
Reporting & HR Projects
Prepare HR reports related to headcount, turnover, attendance, and performance metricsSupport employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiativesAssist HR leadership with special projects and process improvements
Qualifications
2–3 years of HR administrative experience required Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systemsExperience supporting benefits or performance management Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSHRM or HR certification (a plus, not required)
