About this role
The Production Manager is responsible for the administrative, logistical, and creative aspects of video and photo production, ensuring smooth planning, scheduling, execution, and editing. This role focuses on coordinating timelines, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication between internal teams and clients to ensure all production needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage production timelines, schedules, and deliverables across multiple client projects simultaneouslyServe as a primary point of contact for production-related client communication, including project scope, pricing, and schedulingCoordinate internal and external production resources to ensure shoots and deliverables are executed efficientlyWork closely with production team to ensure creative timelines, including moodboards, shot lists, and concepts, are completed on scheduleTrack budgets, project scopes, and production requests in collaboration with the account teamsPrepare and manage contracts and production documentation for projects outside of existing retainersOversee production schedules and adjust timelines based on shifting priorities or unforeseen changesAssess team bandwidth and identify opportunities to improve resource allocation and workflow efficiencyEvaluate and optimize internal production processes to improve consistency, communication, and execution across projectsOversee the video editing process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assetsReview and provide feedback on edits to ensure alignment with brand standards and client expectations in collaboration with the account and strategy teamsEdit video content as needed to support production timelines and creative quality standardsManage and maintain project tracking systems, including Monday boards and production documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience managing creative productions, content shoots, or post-production workflowsStrong understanding of video production, editing workflows, and content creation processesExperience managing timelines, budgets, scopes, and production logistics across multiple projectsExceptional organizational and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across creative, production, and account teamsHands-on experience with video editing software and production toolsExperience working within fast-paced social media, agency, or digital content environmentsAbility to proactively problem solve and adapt to changing prioritiesDesire to push Get Engaged and our clients toward unique, culture-forward creative opportunities

Education: Bachelor's (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
