Senior Account Manager

Get Engaged is a leading full-service marketing agency with a focus in social media and influencer marketing. We are looking to hire a Senior Social Media Account Manager with 4- 5+ years of agency experience who will oversee multiple accounts and manage a team of account managers and associates. Responsibilities Lead team of managers/associates and scale team based on agency needsCommunicate with clients on all high-level requests and updatesDevelop platform strategies specific to clients’ unique needsReview content before it’s shared with clientsStay up-to-date on platform updates and new technologies, and loop in creative, brand management, and client teams as necessaryOversee reporting efforts, utilizing analytics and conversation/sentiment to optimize contentAssist in new business efforts (represent brand social team on kick-off calls, assist with custom proposals, manage client communication, etc.)Assist in development of innovative content and activations that contribute to brand growth and help to reach client and agency goalsIdentify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations in order to establish our clients as leaders in their industries Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management with a particular focus on the following platforms:InstagramTikTokX 1+ years of management experience3+ years of client-facing communication experienceHands-on experience in content creation effortsExcellent copywriting skillsExceptional organizational skills; this role will require the ability to oversee and coordinate efforts between various departments in order to execute campaign asksExperience pulling and analyzing social media platform metrics in order to build tactical recommendationsDesire to push Get Engaged and our clients to unique, and at times uncomfortable, new whitespaces Locations: Atlanta, GA
