WHAT YOU'LL DO - You'll be one of our early engineers, owning core product and infrastructure decisions as we scale to hundreds of millions of users. EXAMPLE PROJECTS - Ship real-time AI video calls from scratch with <200ms latency within 1 week. - Orchestrate hundreds of GPUs to serve millions of image generations per day. - Test and productionize LoRAs and our in-house models to serve 10s of millions of users. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 5+ years of experience building software at scale. - Familiarity with our tech stack: TypeScript, Next.js, React, TailwindCSS, tRPC, Postgres, Temporal, AWS. - The ability to get shit done end-to-end. From understanding users → proposing an idea → implementation → iteration. - Hunger to win. This is not going to be easy.
