About the Role  Our stylists help top brands and retailers bring their creative vision, branding, and product assortment to life. As a Digital Stylist, you will play a vital role in building and curating our styling deliverables so that our clients receive the highest quality content. Collaboration skills and a problem-solving attitude should be part of your DNA, and you know how to work well with others to achieve your goals.  What You Will Do Work alongside the Lead Stylist on a given client to create and curate outfits for clients with our latest technology/solutionsDevelop an expertise of our platform and tools in order to deliver outfit content and programs for clientsCollaborate with members of the Styling, Operations, and Account Management teams to ensure that client programs are successfulUnderstand client Styling Guidelines/Rules and current trends to deliver on client objectivesIdentify client styling opportunities as well as challenges and communicate that to Styling and Ops LeadsMeet styling goals that are essential to delivering successful client programs. Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectivelyProactively seek out opportunities to improve client styling and the styling process in order to streamline needs and deliver the highest quality contentComprehend performance results as well as assist in building any recommendations Must-Have Qualifications Proficient in English Be passionate about fashion & technology with progressive experience in both fields preferableMust possess a deep understanding of today’s fashion & styling trends, and be creative, proactive, solution-oriented, as well as reliableExceptional organizational and time management skillsDependability is a MUST, meeting deadlines and adhering to a schedule are keyAble to multitask in a fast-paced environmentHave a hunger for success and proactively seek out opportunities to support the teamStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focusedHave a desire to understand and exceed client program needsProficiency working with Microsoft Office and Google SuiteMeticulous attention to detailSomeone who sees themself working day to day in an environment and culture driven by our values Nice-to-Have Qualifications   Current senior at an accredited college or university OR graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 1-3 years experience in a styling, merchandising, retail, or design role Experience working in the fashion, retail, and/or eCommerce industry Our Values Our values reflect what is important to us at Stylitics and serve as the foundation in which we do business. The base compensation amount for this role is targeted at a net monthly salary of $34,718 MKD. Please note that the range is being shared in good faith and is subject to modification based on changing market and business conditions.
