This role requires proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and React, with the ability to work across the stack to deliver robust solutions. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web API, and ReactBuild and enhance interactive, responsive front-end components using React and modern JavaScript practicesDeploy, manage, and scale application features within AWS cloud infrastructureExtend functionality on existing applications and contribute to new product developmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresWrite clean, maintainable code and perform peer reviews to ensure quality and performanceParticipate in all phases of the SDLC, including architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenanceTroubleshoot issues across the stack and implement effective solutions in a timely mannerStay current with emerging technologies and recommend tools or processes that enhance team productivity What it takes: Consultative approach and problem solving skills to successfully align digital solutions with long-term business goals of the clientCommitment to understanding and exceeding client expectationsAbility to perform project oversight and execution of deliverablesFlexibility to adapt within a high-growth organizationAbility to lead, mentor and motivate those around themHunger for continuous learning and professional developmentIntellectual curiosity to provide creative solutionsFull understanding of the software development life cycleAbility to positively impact fellow colleagues through effective leadership, presentations, coaching, etc. Desire to work in a team environmentGood interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Regardless of your specific role, we seek individuals who are excited to explore, adopt, and evangelize AI tools and methodologies.
