Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Time remote California Litigation Staff Lawyer to assist in our Litigation  department. Must know California Personal Injury Law and State nuances. Must be Bilingual (English - Spanish).  Your day-to-day activities will vary, giving you plenty of opportunities to continue your career and grow! OUR REQUIREMENTS: Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery3+ years in California PERSONAL INJURY experienceForwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of processDrafting Discovery ResponsesCalendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of AbsenceDrafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion ResponsesCalendaring litigation timelinesConducting status update calls with clientsClient update callsSending out and following up on non-party discovery requestsAssist in trial preparation.
