The role
Nebius is looking for a Regional Supply Chain Security Manager to lead the protection of high-value assets across our supply chain operations in the United States.
This role holds end-to-end ownership of supply chain security across the US, covering transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery of critical infrastructure. You will be responsible for shaping and executing regional security strategy, managing risk across a complex logistics network, and leading the response to security incidents.
This is a high-impact role operating at the intersection of security, logistics, and operations, with direct influence on the resilience and integrity of Nebius’ infrastructure deployment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Own and lead supply chain security across the United States, with full accountability for regional risk and performance
Serve as the primary authority and escalation point for all supply chain security matters within the US
Ensure the secure transportation, storage, and handling of high-value assets across all supply chain nodes
Define, implement, and continuously evolve regional security standards, controls, and procedures aligned with global policies
Establish and enforce security requirements across logistics partners, including Third-Party Logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and vendors
Conduct risk assessments across transportation routes, warehousing, and delivery operations, and implement effective mitigation strategies
Lead end-to-end response to security incidents (e.g., theft, loss, disruption), including coordination, investigation, and resolution
Drive continuous improvement of supply chain security capabilities, including tools, processes, and partner performance
Monitor and report on regional security performance, risks, and trends, providing clear and actionable insights
Partner closely with global supply chain security, logistics, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and scalability
Operational Scope
Oversight of a geographically distributed US supply chain network, including transportation lanes, warehouses, and delivery operations
Regular engagement with logistics partners and vendors across multiple tiers
Travel within the United States required for site visits, audits, and incident response
We expect you to have:
Significant experience in supply chain security, logistics security, or operational risk management
Proven experience owning security or operations across a large geographic region (US experience strongly preferred)
Strong experience working with logistics providers, including 3PLs, freight forwarders, and carriers
Demonstrated experience leading incident response and managing complex security events
Ability to operate independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal and external partners
Analytical and structured approach to risk assessment and problem-solving
Fluent English (spoken and written)
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience in high-value or critical infrastructure supply chains (e.g., data centers, electronics, technology hardware)
Background in law enforcement, military, or corporate security
Familiarity with supply chain security technologies (e.g., GPS tracking, geofencing, monitoring platforms)
Experience working in a global organization with cross-regional coordination
Operational Expectations
This role includes responsibility for leading response to critical supply chain security incidents, which may occur outside standard working hours
Operates within a global environment requiring coordination across multiple time zones
