Responsibilities To support the Operations manager in team development and to work with staff at other levels to ensure an efficient workflow and smoothManage and supervise the work of driversPlan driver delivery areas and routesDealing with problematic packagesMonitor delivery KPIs of driversAssist the operation director and colleagues in other work   Qualifications Fluent in English/Mandarin, basic FrenchStrong planning and organizational skillsExcellent time management skillsProficient in general computer applicationsDemonstrate collaborative teamwork spiritLegally eligible to work in CanadaHave a personal vehicle and valid driver’s licenseWilling to work variable shifts/overtime Benefits Dental, Vision, RRSP, Medical insurance, Paid Holiday, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, Management training programSalary $40,000 to $43,000 CAD Locations: Ottawa, Canada
