Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support high-priority hiring across engineering and data teams over the next six months. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and close top technical talent in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and data roles (sourcing → offer)
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
- Proactively source and engage high-quality technical candidates
- Manage and optimize candidate pipelines in Ashby
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, consistent communication
- Drive efficient interview processes and ensure timely feedback loops
- Advise stakeholders on market trends, compensation, and hiring best practices
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Proven track record hiring for engineering and/or data roles
- Hands-on experience with Ashby (or similar ATS)
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to build diverse candidate pipelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
Nice to Have
- Experience in HealthTech or regulated industries
- Experience scaling teams in early-stage startups
COMPENSATION:
The hourly range for this role is $65-$75/hour. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
