Overview Allied Global Marketing's Experiential team is in search of an Executive Producer who has extensive experience in managing and executing experiential events such as festivals, pop-ups, stunts, tours, and installations. The ideal candidate must have a substantial track record of delivering impactful and successful events and experiences that captivate and engage audiences.  As an Executive Producer, your responsibilities will encompass serving as the key operational lead on projects, necessitating close coordination with Creative, Producers, and Account Leads. Your leadership will be critical in overseeing the meticulous development and flawless execution of creative experiences and activations from conception through completion.  Capabilities / Requirements 8-10 years of experience in experiential marketing6+ years of people management experience Proven ability to successfully lead large projects with multidisciplinary teams/departmentsAbility to manage and supervise various projects and teams simultaneouslyExcellent project management, organizational, delegation and prioritization skillsExcellent client and team management skillsExcellent written, oral and presentation skills - internally and externallyDiplomatic when handling / working with all clients, including executive managementStrong conflict resolution skillsSolid leadership and management foundation, skills and experienceDecisive, assertive, strategic and politically aware in their decision makingExperienced and creative approach to budget management and revenue growthTeam leader who fosters excitement and collaboration Responsibilities  Lead and execute large, multi-channel projects with creative and strategic objectivesManage teams that may include Producer(s), AP(s), PA(s), interns and/or other specialists or freelancersFlawless, clear and consistent communication internally as well as external client / partner managementProactively and clearly explain / educate clients on: team roles and responsibilities, scope, deliverables, budget, schedules and program statusAdept at ensuring a project stays on strategy and meeting client’s KPIs and priorities, while keeping the details of a project on trackActively contribute to the conceptual, creative and strategic development of programsWork intimately with design throughout the design development, budgeting, feasibility vetting and build phases of a projectPrepared with solutions when escalating/discussing a situation with supervisors, clients and partnersHas experience working with technical vendors, fabricators, specialists and artists throughout the countryProject assignments for team membersEnsure departmental reports follow and adhere to established processes during all phases of a project: from kickoff, pre-production, production, execution and wrap/closeNurture individual producing styles while maintaining and enforcing AGM’s consistent approach and processSupervise reports’ budget development, management and tracking for programsWork with Producers to grow departmental vendor and freelance talent pools/relationships In support of the company culture, the ideal candidate should: Have a strong ability to work well with others to foster a respectful, positive and productive work environmentPossess a level of responsibility and practicality while being creatively focusing on innovative solutions. Location New York City, NYThis position requires on-site hours and travel for site visits and event production. Details: The salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$150,000. This represents the salary range that Allied Global Marketing, in good faith, might be willing to pay for this job at the time of this posting. Actual base salary depends on several factors, including market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), and level of responsibility. Allied Global Marketing expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Allied Global Marketing would consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range only in truly exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position.This position will be eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance as well as 401k and Flexible PTO).
