AI SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) ROLE OVERVIEW We are hiring an AI Social Media Specialist to focus on content creation, experimentation, and optimization using AI-driven tools. This role is ideal for a hands-on social media professional who enjoys testing formats, refining prompts, and improving performance through continuous iteration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Create high-quality social content using AI tools, templates, and prompts - Customize AI-generated content for different platforms and audiences - Test content variations and formats to improve engagement and reach - Analyze post-level performance and recommend optimizations - Support campaign launches and thematic content series - Maintain consistency in brand voice across AI-assisted outputs REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Demonstrated experience creating social media content for brands or businesses - Strong hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation and editing - Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered - Solid understanding of platform-specific content best practices - Ability to work independently and manage multiple content tasks PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience experimenting with prompts, formats, or short-form video - Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting - Experience in fast-paced, content-heavy environments TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY - AI Tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, or similar - Social Platforms & Analytics: Native platform tools, Sprout, Hootsuite - Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.
