JOB TITLE: CREATIVE MARKETING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT Location: Remote Time Zone: US (EST–PST) ROLE OVERVIEW We’re hiring a Creative Marketing Virtual Assistant to support marketing execution and creative coordination. This role blends virtual assistance with hands-on graphic/design support—ideal for someone who enjoys admin structure but can also work confidently with templates and brand assets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinate marketing tasks, timelines, and approvals across the team - Prepare design-ready assets (resize, reformat, export, version control) using templates - Maintain brand files, creative libraries, and campaign folders - Support Google account provisioning and access setup for new employees - Assist with social media and email marketing support (posting, scheduling, formatting) - Track deliverables and update status reports for ongoing campaigns - Provide general admin support (meeting notes, simple research, follow-ups) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar); ideally has supported US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered - Experience supporting marketing teams in a VA/Coordinator capacity - Strong Canva skills; comfortable with basic design principles (spacing, typography, layout) - Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize, and meet deadlines - Excellent written communication and a high standard for accuracy PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Basic Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator) or Figma familiarity - Experience working in a creative agency or production environment - Understanding of content calendars and marketing workflows TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana/ClickUp/Trello, Canva, Figma (nice-to-have), Adobe CC (nice-to-have), Buffer/Later/Hootsuite (nice-to-have) PLEASE NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
