About the Role:   The Content Creator at Phaedon will play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up in the market through compelling, strategic, and performance-driven content. This individual will help develop and execute a content strategy that supports brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue growth.   This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who also thinks like a marketer, someone who can turn ideas into impactful content, amplify internal voices, and use performance insights to continuously improve results. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing planning with hands-on execution while collaborating across teams to support business goals.   Location:   This role is based out of our office in the Designer’s Guild building in the heart of Minneapolis' North Loop neighborhood.  We embrace a hybrid model with three in-office days per week to ensure a mix of collaboration and flexibility to support our employees' success.   Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Help develop and execute a content strategy aligned to Phaedon’s brand positioning, target audiences, and growth goalsCreate high-quality content across formats including short- and long-form video and social posts, articles, testimonials, and more that drive multi-threaded engagement with target accountsAdapt and optimize content for each platform based on audience behavior, tone, format, SEO, and social best practicesPublish and distribute content across owned and paid channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and timelinessLead employee-generated content (EGC) initiatives by partnering with internal subject matter expertsGhostwrite social posts, articles, and thought leadership content for employees and executives while preserving authentic voice and perspectiveEngage with audiences through comments, messages, and community interactions to build brand affinity and trustCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align content with campaigns and business prioritiesTrack, analyze, and report on content performance metrics including engagement, audience growth, and pipeline contributionContinuously optimize content plan based on data, insights, and evolving business needsStay current on platform trends, emerging tools, and best practices to maintain a modern and competitive content presence   Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree AND 2+ years of experience in content marketing, content creation, brand marketing, or related experience OR 5+ years of relevant experience without a degreeProficiency with content and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Descript, or similar platformsExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple content formats and audiencesExperience creating content for digital channels including social media, web, video, and emailStrong understanding of social media platform best practices and content optimization strategiesExperience using analytics to measure performance and improve content outcomes   Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B SaaSExperience supporting executive thought leadership or personal brand content, especially on LinkedInFamiliarity with AI-enabled content workflows and tools such as Claude or ChatGPTExperience building content programs tied to demand generation, pipeline growth, or sales enablement   Please note that we are not offering sponsorship of employment visas for this role.
