We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Customer Marketing & Advocacy Specialist to support the execution of our growing customer marketing and advocacy programs. This role is critical to scaling how we engage, learn from, and activate our customers across the full lifecycle.  As part of the marketing team, you’ll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Demand Generation to bring customer stories to life, support advocacy initiatives, and ensure our programs run smoothly and effectively. Are you looking for an opportunity to grow your skills and build a career in customer marketing and advocacy?  If so, we’d love to hear from you.  What you’ll do  Support the execution of customer marketing and advocacy programs, including customer references, reviews, and testimonials   Coordinate customer content development (case studies, quotes, and success stories), including scheduling, approvals, and asset management   Assist with customer campaigns and communications, including newsletters and review site outreach   Execute customer surveys (e.g., NPS, product feedback), including setup, distribution, and response tracking   Support customer engagement activities such as events, speaker programs, and customer appreciation   Maintain and update customer data across systems (e.g., CRM, advocacy platforms, survey tools)   Track program activity and assist with reporting and basic insights   Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and sales teams to support program execution   Skills & Requirements  1–3 years of experience in customer marketing at a B2B software company or marketing in the security industry   Strong organizational and project coordination skills   Excellent written and verbal communication skills   Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously   Comfortable working with data and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, survey platforms)   Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn        The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $82,400-$123,600. In addition, this role is eligible for a bonus. Black Duck offers a competitive total rewards package.
