We do this by acquiring property managers across Germany and turning them into technology companies. Throughout the past 2 years we have become Germany's third-largest property manager with less than 25 full-time team members at our HQ. THE SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERING ROLE We’re hiring a core addition to our engineering team to rebuild an industry stuck in the early 2000s. You’ll work closely with our founders, head of product, and design team in Berlin. RESPONSIBILITIES - Build and ship features end-to-end. - Own parts of the product and drive architectural decisions. - Improve performance and reliability across our core systems. - Work closely with product and design to turn real workflows into simple software. - Shape our engineering culture as we grow. YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU - Speak German close to native level - Have proven experience in building and shipping production-ready web applications. - Show strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or comparable modern stacks). - Have the ability to take features from concept to production independently. - Have a solid understanding of modern web architecture (APIs, state management, data flows). - Are founder-type talent, meaning you match our focus on outcomes and excellence.
