The 401(k) Administration Program, Inc. (AMP) is growing and excited to fill Remote Account Manager Positions. Experience with 402(a), 3(16), or Pooled Employer Plans is a plus, but we are willing to train individuals who have at least 5 years of plan administration and consulting experience.
Overview of the Position:
AMP is looking to fill fully remote Defined Contribution Account Manager positions. We are in the process of transforming our Account Manager positions to focus more on review and client/advisor service. Our Account Manager position is supported by a strong implementation group, plan document team, special projects team, and a loan and distribution department. Our Account Managers are organized into teams that work toward firm goals with special recognition given to individuals with exceptional performance. Each Team Leader schedules weekly calls to discuss upcoming deadlines and developments within Nova and the industry.

AMP was formed by Nova 401(k) Associates and AFS (Administrative Fiduciary Services) to deliver a solution to group 402(a) and PEPs. Job Responsibilities:
Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate
Maintain a caseload of PEP and 402(a) solution clients
Manage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment
Exemplify superior client service and ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design
Work with other departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience
Perform work according to AMP and Nova policies and procedures
Proactively communicate with clients and investment advisors about new industry developments
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of 401(k) plan administration experience and/or minimum of 5 years of experience consulting on 401(k) plan administration
Experience with pricing and billing a plus
Familiarity with PEP, 402(a), and/or 3(16) service models and providers a plus
Excellent knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
NIPA or ASPPA credentials
College degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
High level of critical thinking
Ability to multitask
Committed to lifelong learning and coachable

Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary $70,000 - $120,000

37.5-hour work week
