About the Role Sway is hiring a Distribution Manager to lead and optimize regional distribution operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with the West Coast Distribution Manager, Head of Transportation, Head of Operations, and local operations teams to scale and improve performance across the market. You will oversee the flow of packages from label creation through middle-mile transport into local markets, ensuring a smooth, reliable, and efficient end-to-end process. This role involves managing a team of sortation associates, team leads, and contracted middle-mile drivers while partnering closely with HQ to refine processes and drive continuous improvement. Your work will directly support Sway’s growth as we scale a fast-moving, early-stage logistics network.
