About the role Novellus Clairemont is seeking a personable full-time server to join our team. In this position, you will create a high-quality dining experience for residents. This includes assisting residents with questions and making their dining selections, as well as deliver their meals in a respectful, professional and caring manner.  Work Schedule/ Shift TBD Compensation Starting at $17.75/hour What you'll do Greet tables promptlyAnswer questions about menu itemsAccurately take resident orders and relay them to the kitchen staffFacilitate filling drink orders with the barOffer special assistance to patrons with specific needsMemorize the menu for on-demand recitation and questions about ingredientsOperate the drink fountain and coffee stationCloseout all checks at the end of every shiftPerforms other related duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications  High school diploma or GED preferred1+ years wait staff experience preferredBasic math skillsWillingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidaysAbility to lift, balance and carry up to 25 poundsProlonged periods of standing and walkingAbility to thrive in an active, noisy, and demanding environment Locations: San Diego, CA
