What you will be working on: Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and inspectionsExecute repairs and troubleshootingIdentify abnormal equipment conditionsSupport rapid response during downtime events Production Support Work directly with Production Leads during shiftsPrioritize maintenance work based on production needsProvide real-time technical supportSupport process stability and performance improvement Equipment Scope Pumps and fluid handling systemsCentrifuges / decantersFiltration systemsHeat exchangersDrying systemsConveyors and milling equipmentMotor / gearboxes Safety & Compliance Follow GMP, PPE, SOPs, and food safety protocolsExecute work in food-grade environmentsAdhere to LOTO proceduresSupport zero-incident culture Documentation & Systems Complete work orders in CMMSMaintain logs, inspections, and documentationEnsure audit-ready records Inventory & Materials Support cycle countsReceive and verify materialsMaintain organized work areasEscalate shortages Shift-Based Operations Follow Production Lead directionParticipate in daily meetings and handoffsSupport schedules, changeovers, and cleaning What you bring to Plantible: 2+ years in manufacturing or maintenanceExperience with mechanical/process equipmentGMP experience preferredTroubleshooting and problem-solvingUnderstanding of pumps, motors, valvesAbility to read SOPs and work ordersPreferred certifications: LOTO, OSHA trainingMinimal downtimeFast troubleshootingStrong coordination with Production LeadsHigh-quality documentation Choose Plantible Foods Joining Plantible means contributing to a sustainable future for all.
