ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Development & Partnerships Associate, you will help drive Hive’s mission of making quality healthcare accessible to more Filipinos by managing the full sales cycle and forging high-impact partnerships. As an early team member, you will work closely with the other functions in continuously delivering user experience improvements and introducing best-in-class strategies and processes that will help Hive Health provide an unparalleled healthcare experience for Filipinos. Responsibilities As a Business Development & Partnerships Associate, your areas of responsibilities include: - Manage and optimize the full sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, and negotiation to closing SME accounts - Drive revenue through strategic partnerships by identifying, forging, and managing high-impact collaborations - Develop a deep understanding of Hive’s product, and incorporate customer feedback and market insight to ensure competitive product offerings - Assist in brand-building initiatives and networking activities QUALIFICATIONS - At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields.
