About this role
About Us
Sage is on a mission to improve care and quality of life for older adults, starting with those residing in senior living facilities. Falls are the leading cause of injury-related death among adults over 65. And yet, fall prevention and emergency response systems for older adults are archaic and ineffective. At Sage we've built a more modern way of understanding when older adults need help, including methods for residents to alert caregivers when in need of help, and corresponding software for caregivers to triage response. Our company mission is to create a product that our client counterparts love, and this role is a key part of that objective.
Sage is a small, tight team of ambitious, multi-disciplinary entrepreneurs. We are a software-enabled, mission-driven company, and are focused only on the problems that are central to achieving that mission. At Sage, we work hard and fast but also know that to build a truly important company, we need to treat our work as a marathon, and not a sprint. The journey matters.
About this Role
As Sage continues to scale, a meaningful portion of our growth comes from expanding within our existing customer base. This makes it critical that we clearly communicate product value, drive adoption, and enable our commercial teams to effectively position new capabilities.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who reports directly to the Head of Product Marketing and operates at the center of Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams—ensuring that product innovation translates into real customer outcomes and measurable revenue growth.
This role spans three core areas: driving product communication and adoption within our current customer base, supporting expansion and revenue growth, and helping build the foundation of a scalable Product Marketing function. You’ll shape how we bring new capabilities to market (both pre- and post-launch), while also developing the messaging frameworks, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional processes that enable PMM to scale with the business.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, and who is excited to build something meaningful.

Drive product communication to existing customers by developing clear, outcome-oriented messaging for new features and enhancements
Translate product roadmap updates into customer-facing narratives that highlight value and drive adoption
Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to execute release communications across email, webinars, in-product, and events
Increase product adoption and stickiness by identifying usage gaps and delivering targeted campaigns to improve feature utilization
Support expansion and revenue growth by enabling upsell and cross-sell initiatives with strong positioning, value narratives, and customer-ready collateral
Partner with Client Delivery & Success teams to develop expansion playbooks and support strategic customer conversations
Support product launch go-to-market efforts by contributing to positioning, messaging, and cross-functional launch execution for key releases
Build and refine core messaging frameworks that create consistency across products, personas, and go-to-market efforts
Develop and maintain competitive intelligence to inform positioning, sales strategy, and market differentiation
Establish foundational PMM processes for cross-functional collaboration, including how Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams align on launches and ongoing product communication
Create scalable PMM assets such as persona messaging, value propositions, and narrative frameworks that elevate consistency across teams
Minimum Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing (product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer marketing preferred)
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
Demonstrated ability to develop clear, compelling messaging for complex or technical products
Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives or post-launch product marketing efforts
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle dynamics, including adoption, retention, and expansion
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience owning or contributing to product launch go-to-market strategy in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience driving customer marketing or post-sale product adoption initiatives
Experience building foundational PMM assets such as messaging frameworks, personas, or competitive intelligence
