The role: We’re building a world-class sales team and are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Bangalore to support our US-based Account Executives. This role is responsible for generating qualified pipeline by identifying, reaching out to, and engaging potential customers for Coram AI’s cloud video security platform. Responsibilities: - Work closely with the US sales team to build and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities - Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) into target accounts across multiple industries - Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally to schedule qualified meetings - Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and tailor outreach to their business needs - Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline data in our CRM - Collaborate with US-based Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads - Consistently hit or exceed daily/weekly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings booked) Skills and Qualifications: - 2-6 years of experience in a sales development, Outbound Heavy SMB Driven Motion (SaaS/technology experience preferred) - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Grit, resilience, and a competitive drive to exceed targets - Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of complex technology solutions - Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM/engagement tools is a plus - Ability to work night shift (US hours, till 3 AM IST) - Ability to work in an onsite environment - we move quicker when we're in the same room What we offer: - Competitive compensation - Equity in a rapidly growing company - Earned Leave and 12 paid holidays - 100% company-paid private dental and vision insurance - Referral bonuses We're on a mission to transform a $50B+ legacy industry by bringing the power of cutting-edge multimodal LLMs and computer vision to real-world security and operations.
