YOUR MISSION As a Senior Principal Sales Engineer at UiPath, you will be the technical authority in the sales process, partnering with enterprise account teams to demonstrate the transformative power of UiPath's automation and AI platform. You will drive complex technical evaluations, build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders, and help customers envision and validate their automation journey. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH - Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer business challenges - * Design and execute proof-of-concept (POC) and proof-of-value (POV) engagements for enterprise accounts - * Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, articulating the value of intelligent automation, AI, and agentic solutions - * Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Product teams to drive deal progression - * Influence product roadmap by providing field insights and customer feedback to engineering teams - * Mentor and coach junior sales engineers across the region - * Represent UiPath at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM - 10+ years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting within enterprise software - * Deep expertise in automation, RPA, AI/ML, or related enterprise technologies - * Proven track record of supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with deal sizes of $500K+ - * Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences - * Experience building and delivering POCs/POVs in customer environments - * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field - * Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus NICE TO HAVE - Experience with UiPath platform or competing automation tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) - * Background in process mining, task mining, or intelligent document processing - * Experience working in the Eastern European or EMEA market - * Pre-existing relationships with enterprise customers in the region Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above— but still think you’d be great for the job?
