Your mission
As the Senior Manager, Employer Branding at UiPath, you will be the driving force behind how the world sees us as an employer. You will craft and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy that attracts top talent, strengthens our reputation, and brings our culture and values to life across all channels. Reporting directly to the hiring manager, you will lead a team of 5 and play a pivotal role in shaping UiPath's talent brand across the US. In addition to employer branding, this role will include elements of Talent Acquisition Operations, partnering closely with TA teams to optimize processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
What you'll do at UiPath
Develop and execute a holistic employer branding strategy aligned with UiPath's mission, culture, and business goals
Lead and mentor a team of 5 employer branding professionals
Own and manage UiPath's employer brand presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and social media channels
Create compelling content (videos, blogs, employee stories, campaigns) that showcases UiPath's culture and employee value proposition (EVP)
Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to optimize recruitment marketing and ensure a seamless, on-brand candidate experience
Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and HR to ensure brand consistency across internal and external touchpoints
Drive TA Operations initiatives, including process improvements, reporting, and candidate experience enhancements
Track and analyze employer brand metrics (e.g., brand awareness, application rates, Glassdoor ratings) to measure impact and inform strategy
Manage external agency and vendor relationships for employer branding campaigns and events
What you'll bring to the team
8+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field
3+ years of people management experience
Proven track record of developing and executing employer brand strategies at scale
Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and operations
Excellent storytelling, content creation, and communication skills
Experience managing employer brand platforms (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, career sites)
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on brand performance
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
Nice to have
Experience in the technology or SaaS industry
Familiarity with marketing automation and recruitment marketing tools
Experience with EVP development and activation
Background in both employer branding and TA operations
