About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing TA team. This is a fully remote role, supporting recruiting operations across the Tech and Healthcare industries. You will play a critical role in keeping our hiring engine running smoothly — from managing job postings and coordinating interviews to ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain job postings across internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with employer brand standards
Own interview scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless process
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle, providing timely, professional, and warm communications
Administer and maintain Greenhouse ATS, including requisition management, candidate tracking, pipeline reporting, and data integrity
Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to support high-volume and specialized hiring across technical and healthcare roles
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, scheduling processes, and candidate experience
Generate recruiting reports and dashboards from Greenhouse to support data-driven hiring decisions
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR coordination, or a related recruiting operations role
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience supporting hiring in Tech and/or Healthcare industries is a strong plus
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with cross-functional, globally distributed teams
High attention to detail and a candidate-first mindset
