RSA is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive for Central America and Caribbean to drive revenue growth across complex enterprise customers. This role focuses on developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and executing strategic, consultative sales motions in partnership with internal teams.  The ideal candidate has a strong track record in enterprise sales, is comfortable navigating long and complex buying cycles, and can engage credibly with senior decision-makers in security conscious organizations.  Principal Responsibilities: Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving net-new business and expansion revenue  Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer priorities and RSA’s go-to-market strategy  Lead complex, multistakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close  Build trusted relationships with executive, technical, and security stakeholders  Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel teams  Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene in line with sales standards  Navigate procurement processes and contract negotiations within enterprise environments  Maintain deep knowledge of RSA solutions, customer use cases, and the competitive landscape  Represent RSA professionally in customer meetings, presentations, and industry events  Required Experience & Qualifications: 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales  Proven success closing large, complex, high value deals with extended sales cycles  Experience selling to large, structured, and risk aware organizations  Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to communicate technical value in business terms  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously  Comfortable working in a matrixed organization with cross functional stakeholders  Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence  Strong commercial presence and networking in Central America and Caribbean  Willingness to travel along the Region  Team player and channels / distributor selling ecosystem  Nice to Have: 3+ Experience selling cybersecurity (SaaS or enterprise software solutions)  Familiarity with identity, authentication, access management, or security platforms  Experience working with channel and partner ecosystems  Background in scaling or high growth enterprise sales environments  MBA or related  Use of Salesforce  RSA is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants for employment and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
