Your role as Product Manager Our passion is to help people improve their well-being. Reporting to Vanessa Jones, Director of Product, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our products and drive innovation in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Product Manager at Dialogue, you will lead your team to define and deliver high-impact work that improves member satisfaction and supports our business goals. What you'll be doing Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams (Customer Support, Marketing, Clinical Operations) to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunitiesOwn and manage the roadmap for your Scrum teamEngage regularly with clients and members (interviews, surveys, user testing) to understand needs and inform product strategyWork closely with engineering, design, and other product teams to ensure the successful delivery of product features and enhancements.Measure impact against user and business goals using tools like MetabaseTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language, facilitating communication between various teams and key leaders among the company. We'd love to hear from you if you have 2+ years of product management experience delivering user-facing productsExperience applying AI tools to streamline analysis, generate insights, and reduce manual workExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.Experience leading Scrum teams alongside Design and Engineering in a tripod structureProficiency in product discovery processes, with experience working from product discovery to product delivery. Strong user focus with a drive to create meaningful impactStrong data-centric mindset, eager to analyze their product outcomesDemonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and uncertaintyHumble confidence and an open-minded, flexible approach to problem-solving Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is an asset for this position.
