Collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence define our culture. POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Telephony team. You will help design, develop, and maintain the core components of our VoIP infrastructure, working with technologies like Kamailio and FreeSWITCH. This role combines software engineering expertise with deep understanding of voice technologies and deployment practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop and maintain systems and backend servicesImplement and optimize solutions using SIP, SDP, RTP and related voice protocolsDevelop and extend configurations and integrations for Kamailio and FreeSWITCHBuild tools and scripts to monitor, troubleshoot and analyze VoIP traffic (SIP tracing, RTP flows, logs)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate scalable voice solutionsParticipate in the full software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment)Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments using Ansible and Docker (Kubernetes is a plus) QUALIFICATIONS Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, SDP, RTP)Hands-on experience with Kamailio and FreeSWITCH • Proficiency in at least one programming languageFamiliarity with software development tools and processes (Git, CI/CD, testing)Experience with Docker and Ansible (both required)Ability to investigate and resolve voice-related issues and support ticketsExperience with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)Scripting skills (Bash, etc.) for automationUnderstanding of telecom architecture (SBCs, media gateways, SIP trunks)Strong grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, NAT, firewalls)Experience working in Linux environments   WHY BROADVOICE 🚀 Grow Your Career Whether you’re interested in advancing technical skills, developing leadership acumen, or exploring new areas, we support your career journey with clear growth paths, access to learning resources, and mentorship. 🏡Enjoy Flexibility We know life happens outside of work.
