As the first point of contact for our office, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running efficiently.   What You’ll Do Reception & Office Support Answer and redirect incoming calls and emailsWelcome visitors and act as the first point of contact for the officeManage incoming/outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and packagesMaintain office, kitchen, and supply inventoryCoordinate office supplies, stationery, printers, and general office upkeep Bookkeeping & Administration Support project financial tracking and reportingManage accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor coordinationComplete bank and credit card reconciliationsMaintain accurate records in QuickBooksAssist with budgeting and administrative reporting Team & Event Coordination Support company memberships and industry association coordinationAssist with management participation in events and initiativesSupport People & Culture with team-building and employee engagement activitiesAssist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned   What You’ll Bring Minimum 3 years of office administration experienceStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetAbility to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooksPositive, proactive attitude with a team-first mindset A valid driver’s license is considered an asset.   Compensation & Benefits $25–$30/hour based on experience (20-25 hours per week)Extended health, dental and vision after 90 daysRRSP matching after 1 yearCompany bonus eligibility after 1 year (start before Oct 31)Kilometre reimbursement for personal vehicle usage   Work Environment This is an in-office role based in a professional office environment.
