Reporting to the Maintenance Field Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping properties looking their best—whether that’s mowing pristine lawns, caring for vibrant gardens, or adding the finishing touches that make every site shine. Every day brings something new—from sunshine to rain, cool mornings to warm afternoons. You’ll work 4 x 10-hour shifts, giving you a well-earned 3-day weekend every week.
