Your expertise counts here.    Key Duties: Complete jobs using a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectivelyEnsure all tools and equipment are in good working order and complete minor maintenance as requiredLoad, unload and transport construction materialsManual labour including but not limited to shoveling, hand digging, rakingProficient fine/finish gradingMeasure distances from reference points to locate the boundaries of siteUnderstand the issues involving ground disturbance and able to work in and implement safe work practices and contribute to a safe work environmentParticipate in safety meetings and form completion on a regular basisClean and pile salvaged materialsBulk and detailed excavations, light civil installationsAble to read and understand blueprints and detail sections to determine and set grades   Requirements 5000+ hours of skid steer and excavator operationClean Driver’s AbstractMust meet a minimum of 2 out of 3 of the following criteria:Civil Construction Experience (2500+ Hours)Experience Running Large Equipment (2500+ Hours)Fluent with all Small Equipment (2500+ Hours) Trades education an assetSkid Steer Loader Operator Certification an assetExcavator Certification an assetFirst Aid Certification an assetHeavy Trailer Endorsement (Learners)    Compensation Package: Hourly wage of $30-40/hour based on experienceOvertime available 4% Vacation Pay, paid out on every chequeExtended Health Benefits (copay)RRSP Matching Profit Sharing Program   Step into a fulfilling role where your work shapes the world around us.
