About the role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Event Sales Support professional to support our sales efforts across a number of key industry events. This role will play a critical part in driving table sales, building relationships with partners, and ensuring overall event revenue targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales of tables and sponsorship packages across multiple eventsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospectsProactively identify new business opportunities and generate leadsWork closely with internal teams (marketing, event operations, and sales) to ensure alignmentTrack sales activity, pipeline, and performance against targetsContribute to achieving and exceeding event revenue goals.
Key Role Details
This role supports three key events taking place across Germany and APACDue to APAC coverage, early availability (morning hours) is required to align with those time zonesThe position is structured as a 35-hour per week roleThis is a Germany-based role, with a strong focus on supporting international (EMEA & APAC) events
Requirements
Previous experience in event sales, delegate sales, or B2B salesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsResults-driven with a commercial mindsetAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working across different time zones when requiredFluency in English and German essential.
Additional Information
This is a freelance opportunity for a period of 5 months approximately.Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus commission/bonus aligned to performanceOpportunity to support high-profile international events and gain exposure across global markets
