Summary Gruve의 Lead AI Engineer는 기업용 AI 솔루션의 제안(Pre-sales)부터 실제 구축(Delivery)까지의 전 과정을 진두지휘하는 핵심 리더입니다. 기술적 깊이는 물론, 비즈니스 관점에서 고객의 문제를 정의하고 팀을 이끌어 솔루션을 성공적으로 안착시킬 수 있는 분을 모십니다. 컨설팅 및 SI 환경에서 고성능 엔지니어링 팀을 리드해 본 경험이 있는 분이라면 Gruve의 AI 전환(AX) 여정에 큰 힘이 될 것입니다. 주요 업무 팀 리딩 및 성장: AI/ML 엔지니어 팀을 구성하고, 개개인의 기술적 역량 강화와 성과 관리를 책임집니다. 기술 제안 및 설계: 세일즈 팀과 협력하여 고객사의 요구사항을 분석하고, 최적의 AI 아키텍처 제안 및 기술 데모를 주도합니다. 엔드 투 엔드(End-to-End) 딜리버리: 솔루션의 설계부터 실제 배포, 안정화까지 전체 프로젝트 생애 주기를 관리하며 품질과 확장성을 보장합니다. 기술 자문: 엔터프라이즈 고객의 신뢰받는 기술 파트너로서, 프로젝트 전 과정에서 전문적인 인사이트를 제공합니다. 엔지니어링 표준 수립: MLOps 도입, 시스템 아키텍처 고도화 등 팀 내 엔지니어링 모범 사례(Best Practice)를 정의하고 전파합니다. 자격 요건 5년 이상의 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 경력 (AI/ML 관련 프로젝트 경험 필수) 피플 매니징 경험: 팀 빌딩, 채용, 성과 관리 등 팀 리더로서의 실질적인 경험이 있으신 분 기술 제안(Pre-sales) 경험: 고객 대상 솔루션 제안 및 기술 프리젠테이션이 가능하신 분 AI/ML 도메인 지식: NLP, LLM, 데이터 플랫폼 등 최신 AI 기술에 대한 깊은 이해도를 보유하신 분 영어 커뮤니케이션: 글로벌 팀 및 고객사와 원활한 비즈니스 소통(메일, 회의)이 가능하신 분 우대 사항 (Preferred Qualifications) IT 컨설팅, 전문 서비스(Professional Services), 또는 SI 환경에서의 근무 경험 MLOps 구축, 클라우드 플랫폼(AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes 기반 대규모 배포 경험 엔터프라이즈급 AI 전환(AX) 프로젝트 또는 대규모 AI 솔루션 도입 완수 경험 생성형 AI(GenAI) 및 LLM 기반 애플리케이션 아키텍처 설계 경험 글로벌 협업 환경 또는 다국적 팀 매니징 경험   Summary Gruve is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead both pre-sales and delivery of AI solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires a strong combination of technical depth, people leadership, and client engagement experience, with the ability to support solutioning in pre-sales while ensuring successful execution during delivery. The ideal candidate brings experience in professional services or consulting environments, strong communication skills in English, and a proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.   Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers, including hiring, coaching, and performance management Drive both pre-sales and delivery activities, including solution design, client presentations, and project execution Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to shape AI opportunities and develop technical proposals Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and client satisfaction Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients throughout the engagement lifecycle Define and enforce best practices in AI engineering, MLOps, and system architecture Provide hands-on technical guidance when needed, especially in complex solutioning scenarios Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication Collaborate with global teams to align on strategy and execution Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong exposure to AI/ML Proven experience as a people manager (team leadership, hiring, performance management) Demonstrated experience in both pre-sales and delivery roles Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies (e.g., NLP, LLMs, data platforms) Experience designing and delivering scalable, production-grade systems Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Ability to operate effectively in client-facing, fast-paced environments Preferred Qualifications Experience in professional services, consulting, or SI environments Hands-on experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and Kubernetes Experience supporting enterprise-level AI transformations or large-scale deployments Familiarity with GenAI / LLM-based applications and architectures Experience working in global or cross-regional teams  Why Gruve At Gruve, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
