Outage Manager We are seeking an experienced Outage Manager to lead the planning and execution of refueling and maintenance outages at a nuclear power plant. This role ensures outage activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with nuclear industry standards. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, preparation, and execution of plant refueling and maintenance outagesCoordinate outage scope, schedules, and resources across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and contractor teamsMonitor outage milestones and resolve issues impacting schedule, safety, or costLead outage readiness meetings, briefings, and post-outage reviewsEnsure adherence to plant procedures, regulatory requirements, and nuclear safety culture Locations: South Haven, MI
