Role Details
Modality: Remote (Territory-based: Chicago, IL; Indianapolis, IN; Detroit, MI; Cleveland, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Louisville, KY; Dayton, OH; Akron, OH)
Schedule: Full-time; flexible schedule within designated core hours
Compensation: $90,000 base + variable bonus; On-Target Earnings (OTE) $120,000

About the Role
The Area Sales Manager helps Clicklease drive revenue growth by developing and managing partner relationships within a defined territory.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment, enjoys owning a territory, and is motivated by building partnerships that generate measurable business impact.
The Team
You’ll be part of the Sales team focused on expanding Clicklease’s partner network and increasing financing volume across key markets. The team collaborates closely with onboarding and support teams to ensure partner success from day one.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage relationships with partners within your assigned territoryExpand Clicklease’s presence within existing partner accounts by identifying and activating new growth opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and ongoing supportExecute territory strategies to drive sales performance and partner engagementMaintain pipeline activity and performance tracking in SalesforceDeliver product presentations, demos, and trainings (virtual and in-person)Travel up to 25% or as needed for in-person meetings and territory development
What You Have
5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C salesExperience managing client or partner relationshipsExperience delivering presentations or product demonstrationsExperience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Ability to travel up to 25% or as neededExperience working toward sales quotas or revenue targets
What Will Make You Stand Out
Experience in retail or wholesale industriesExperience in equipment finance or financial servicesExperience analyzing sales or partner performance data
What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months
Build and actively manage a pipeline within your assigned territorySuccessfully onboard new partners and drive initial financing activityEstablish consistent partner engagement through regular communicationMaintain accurate CRM tracking and pipeline visibility
