Role Summary As an Entrepreneurship Development Junior Specialist, you will support the Entrepreneurship Development Manager (EDM) in executing and scaling ALX Ventures programs in Morocco. You will operate as a strong individual contributor, translating program objectives into structured execution plans, coordinating program activities, and driving participant acquisition across Founder Academy and Freelance Academy. This role combines program delivery and growth. You will contribute to ensuring high-quality program execution while actively identifying and implementing strategies to increase participation through marketing, communication, and ecosystem engagement. Specific Responsibilities Program Execution & Coordination Support the execution of ALX Ventures programs (Founder Academy, Freelance Academy) Coordinate program logistics, sessions, and overall participant experience Support onboarding and ensure a smooth participant journey Track participant progress and engagement Provide operational support during sessions, office hours, and key activities Entrepreneur & Freelancer Acquisition  Contribute to driving enrollment into ALX Ventures programs Identify and execute strategies to attract high volumes of participants Explore and test acquisition channels (communities, events, partnerships) Support outreach and engagement with potential participants Monitor conversion metrics and suggest improvements Marketing, Communication & Growth Initiatives Design and execute initiatives to increase program awareness Contribute to content creation and storytelling Identify PR and visibility opportunities locally Propose and execute growth initiatives (events, campaigns, partnerships, activations) Collaborate with the Marketing team to align messaging and campaigns Bring proactive ideas to improve reach and engagement Community & Ecosystem Engagement Support engagement with the local entrepreneurial and freelance ecosystem Assist in organizing events such as meetups, workshops, and networking sessions Contribute to building ALX Ventures’ presence in Morocco Support relationships with local stakeholders and communities Participant Support & Program Experience Support entrepreneurs and freelancers throughout their journey Provide guidance, follow-up, and coordination under the EDM’s direction Ensure a high-quality participant experience Collect feedback and contribute to improving program delivery Data Tracking & Reporting Track key metrics related to participation, engagement, and conversion Maintain structured reporting on program performance Use insights to suggest improvements in acquisition and delivery Essential Skills & Experience 3–5 years of experience in entrepreneurship programs, community management, marketing, or similar roles Strong interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and freelance ecosystems Proven ability to execute initiatives from planning to delivery Strong communication skills (written and verbal; French and English required) Ability to contribute to marketing and growth initiatives Experience organizing events, campaigns, or community activations Strong organizational and coordination skills Basic data literacy (Excel or Google Sheets) Ability to work independently while aligning with management direction Familiarity with digital tools and social platforms Person Specification/Attributes We believe the right mindset is just as important as the right skills. However, the selected candidate is expected to be regularly present at the City Hub when required.
