About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a Head of Publisher Partner Management, North America to lead, develop, and scale a high-performing publisher partnerships team. Reporting to the SVP of Supply, this role is focused on setting strategy, building team capabilities, and driving consistent, scalable revenue growth across Teads’ North America publisher ecosystem.
Rather than acting as an individual contributor, you will operate as a true team leader, defining direction, elevating talent, and ensuring your team is equipped to deepen relationships with top media owners and unlock long-term value. This role is critical to shaping how Teads shows up to publishers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 publisher partnership managers, driving performance, and accountability
Set clear team goals, KPIs, and operating rhythms to ensure consistent execution and results
Establish best practices across partner management, commercial strategy, and account growth
Create a high-performance, collaborative culture aligned with Teads’ global standards
Strategy & Direction
Define and evolve the North America publisher partnership strategy, ensuring alignment with global supply priorities
Translate company objectives into clear, actionable plans for the team
Identify key growth opportunities across the publisher landscape and guide the team in prioritizing efforts
Oversee major commercial negotiations and provide strategic guidance on high-impact deals
Executive Relationship Oversight
Support the team in building and maintaining strong C-suite relationships with top publisher partners
Step in on critical or strategic accounts as an executive sponsor, rather than day-to-day owner
Ensure consistent, high-quality engagement across the publisher portfolio
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations leadership to align global supply strategy with client demand and product innovation
Advocate for publisher needs internally, ensuring feedback is incorporated into product and commercial decisions
Drive alignment across regions and global teams to ensure consistency and scalability
Market Leadership & Industry Presence
Stay ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments in North America
Represent Teads as a senior leader at industry events and conferences
Position the team—and Teads—as a trusted partner within the publisher ecosystem
About You
10+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or publishing, with deep expertise on the supply side
Currently managing a team or recent experience managing a team
Strong background in ad tech, ideally within an SSP environment
Comfortable with sales best practices and ability to upsell
Experience engaging with and influencing C-suite stakeholders at major publishers
Demonstrated ability to set strategy, drive alignment, and execute through others
Strong coaching mindset with a passion for developing talent and building team culture
Excellent cross-functional leadership skills in a matrixed, global organization
Strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with near-term execution
Happy to work out of our NYC office 3 days a week
The pay range for this position is USD $185,000 to $210,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads’ total rewards package.
