Konovo’s capabilities are delivered through our cloud-based platform, enabling customers to collect data from healthcare professionals and transform it into actionable insights using cutting-edge AI in conjunction with proven market research tools and techniques.   Our Whitefield-based India team is our innovation hub and foundation for scaling product and technology globally. It also is our center of excellence for building scalable platforms, AI-enabled capabilities, and next‑generation healthcare technology.  As  Senior Software Engineer at Konovo, you will have the opportunity to design and implement the products that drive value for our customers, and shape our product and platform driven solutions.  Join us and play a key role in shaping cutting edge solutions, mentoring others, and driving innovative product capabilities at Konovo!  How You’ll Make an Impact:  Design, build, and maintain scalable services and distributed systems that support Konovo’s AI-enabled healthcare insights platform  Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code while adhering to engineering best practices  Partner with the LITE (LLM Innovation & Technology Engineering) team and cross-functional product squads to integrate emerging AI capabilities into core systems  Lead technical design discussions, drive architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers  Optimize system performance, reliability, and observability across services  Collaborate with Product Managers to refine requirements, map and ensure technical feasibility  Contribute to secure, compliant engineering practices aligned with responsible AI and healthcare data standards  Proactively identify risks, performance bottlenecks, and architectural improvements  Support Release readiness, deployment processes, and post-release monitoring  What We’re Looking For:  6–10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building production-grade systems  Strong expertise in at least one backend language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C#) and familiarity with modern frameworks  Frontend or full‑stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React.js or Next.js; Node.js experience is a strong plus  Experience designing and scaling distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native architectures  Strong experience designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs, with a solid understanding of API best practices, security, and performance patterns  Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), messaging systems, and API design  Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP  Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design  Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across product and engineering teams  Experience working with platform or internal enablement teams is a plus  Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly—both written and verbal  High ownership mindset with disciplined follow-through and a bias toward action  Curiosity and openness to AI-enhanced engineering workflows, tooling, and delivery models and exposure to using AI for development  Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while navigating challenges collaboratively  Why Join Konovo?  Be part of a mission-driven organisation that is empowering life science researchers and data scientists with the broadest ecosystem of healthcare audiences and an intelligent, AI-enabled platform — so insights aren't just collected, they're connected.  Join a fast-growing global team with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.  Build technology that enables faster, smarter healthcare research and improves global patient outcomes.  Enjoy a collaborative and hybrid work environment that fosters innovation and flexibility.  Experience a workplace that puts employees first, offering a workplace designed for growth, well-being, and balance.   Become a part of an organisation that prioritizes your well-being with comprehensive benefits, including group medical coverage, accident insurance, and a robust leave policy.
